Nicole Sisti,

LCSW

As a mind-body-oriented therapist, I believe that our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and physical body are interconnected. I combine theories of talk therapy while emphasizing the need to feel, re-process, and experience new emotions in the present moment. My work focuses on individuals, couples, and families.

One Time Support Session

Looking for some guidance and advice?

Sometimes you just need to talk. This is why I offer a one-time support session. This session is ideal for clients who are seeking guidance, advice, or a space to talk through a topic in one session. Similar to coaching, one time support sessions are more advice driven with less emphasis on building intimate rapport. If you are in an emergency situation please call 911.
