About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) and musician. I received my master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter University and am a certified sexual assault advocate. I am also an active Brainspotting practitioner and offer the integration of Brainspotting into my sessions for all clients.
I was born and raised in upstate New York but have called NYC my home for nearly a decade. As a musician, I was drawn to the energy and creativity of New York but almost lost myself to the grind. Over time, and with a lot of practice I was able to slow down and mindfully take in the moment that surrounds me. This mindfulness is the foundation of my therapeutic approach and a core value of how I live my life.
I started my career working with families and youth involved in the criminal justice and mental health systems. My work was primarily focused on helping clients who struggle with depression, anxiety and overall conflict within their relationships at home. I have since transitioned into private practice and use an integrated approach. I embrace a trauma focused lens and I create an environment for clients that promotes mindfulness and growth.
If you are looking for someone to help, I'm here for you.
